WOK chicken with yogurt salad

For the chicken:

500 grams of chicken

oil

salt

black pepper

red pepper

chicken spice mix (optional)

For the salad:

1 cucumber

350 grams of yogurt (10% fatness)

garlic powder

crushed walnuts

finely chopped dill (optional)

Preheat the WOK. Chop the chicken into even pieces and add the salt and pepper. Pour a little bit of oil into the WOK and add the chicken. Stir for a while and put the lid on for the chicken to release all it’s liquids. Stir occasionally. Once the liquid is vapourized, add the red pepper (and if you want some chicken spice mix) and stir for 1 minute. After that the chicken is ready.

Slice the cucumber into small cubes. Add the yogurt, some salt and the garlic powder to it. Stir. The salad is called Snezhanka in some regions in Bulgaria and is served cold with crushed walnuts and some dill.
