Healthy no added sugar raw (no bake) bars with nuts

1 cup of dates (soaked in warm water for 10 min)

1 cup of almonds

3/4 cup of fine oats

3 tbsp dark cocoa

2/3 cup of melted peanut butter

1/4 cup of honey

In a big blender (or chopper) mix all the ingredients (starting from the liquids) until a homogenous mixture forms. If your blender (chopper) is not very powerful, you can process all the ingredients separately and then add them together. In a pan lined with parchment paper spred the mixture on the whole surface to form one big whole bar. Cool it in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Take the big bar out of the pan and cut into small pieces.
