Easy Mac & Cheese

1 l boiling water

200 gr. elbows pasta

50 gr. butter

2 tbsp plain flour

360 ml milk

150 gr. cheddar cheese

salt

black pepper

red pepper

Cook the pasta in the boiling water as written on the package. On medium heat in a pan melt the butter and add the flour. Fry it for 3-4 minutes and add the milk in portions by whisking thoroughly. Once the mixture starts forming bubbles add the cheddar, salt, red and black pepper and whisk for another 3-4 minutes. Take of the heat and add the cooked pasta.
