Coconut bites with hazelnuts

200 gr. coconut gratings

3 medium eggs

1/2 cup of white sugar

1 package vanilla powder

25-30 hazelnuts

Preheat your oven to 180ÂșC. Beat the sugar and eggs with a whisk. Add the vanilla and the the coconut gratings. Stir until homogenous. Wet your hands and roll small balls from the mixture, by putting a single hazelnut in the center of the ball. Back them with a parchment paper for 15 minutes or until they turn a little golden on the top.
