Cauliflower pizza (no flour, diabetic)

2 cups of grated cauliflower

1 cup of grated cheddar

1 egg



tomato sauce

toppings of your choice

Preheat your oven to 200°C. Over medium heat in a non-stick pan add the grated cauliflower and cook for about 10 minutes or until most of the moisture in the cauliflower is extracted. Get it off the heat and add the cheddar and egg. Mix until homogenous. In a baking tray lay some wax paper and pour the mixture in it. Shape a circular pizza dough with your hands. Bake for 10 minutes. Take it out and add some sprinkle some salt and basil. Smear some tomato sauce and add the toppings you like. Bake for another 10-15 minutes or until your cheese melts.
