Twix shortbread cookies

225 gr. cold butter

100 gr. corn flour

225 white flour

110 gr. white granulated sugar

1 vanilla

1 can of Dulce de Leche (canned caramel)

200 gr. melted chocolate

The butter, flour, sugar and vanilla are mixed until you get a flaky dough. Place it between two sheets of baking paper and roll it until it has 5-10 mm thickness. Leave in the fridge for 30 min. Take it out and cut circles with the help of a cup. Bake at 150°C for 20 min. Leave them to cool completely. Smear some caramel on top and then dip it into the melted chocolate. Leave to cool and enjoy!
