Easiest and quickest homemade pizza

400 gr. white flour (+more for kneading)

7 gr. dry yeast

250 ml. warm water

1 tbsp. olive oil

1 tsp. salt

sunflower oil to grease the tray

toppings of your choice

In a big bowl mix the flour and dry yeast. In a different bowl mix the warm water and olive oil. In the bowl with the flour make a well in the middle and pour the liquids. Add the salt and mix with a spoon for 3-4 min. Take the dough out on the counter and start to knead it until it is nice and smooth. Roll the dough with a rolling pin. The thinner you make the dough, the crispier it will be. I have made it 0,5 cm thin and this quantity sufficed to cover the whole tray that comes with the oven. Grease the tray and put the dough in it. Then add the toppings. In the picture I have used the following toppings:

  • Bulgarian ljutenitsa
  • Salami
  • Pickles
  • Black olive oils
  • Yellow cheese

You can use any toppings that you like – e.g. tomato sauce, bacon, chicken, corn, onions, peppers, mozzarella etc.

Bake in the oven at 200°C until the cheese/mozzarella is melted (about 20 min).
