Chicken teriyaki

2 chicken breasts

salt

black pepper

oil

garlic powder

4 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp honey

sesame seeds

2 red peppers cut into juliennes

2 green peppers  cut into juliennes

1 medium onion cut in half rings

200 gr. frozen brocolli

cooked rice (optional)

Dice the chicken into even pieces. Add to them some salt and black pepper and put them in a pan with some oil over high temperature. Pit the lid on and stir occasionally until the chicken is cooked. Add the garlic powder, soy sauce and sesame seeds. Stir for 1 minute and remove the chicken from the pan (leave the oil in the pan for the vegetables). Put the vegetables in the same pan and put the lid on. Stir occasionally until they soften. Once they are ready, remove the pan off the stove, add the chicken and stir. You can serve it with some cooked rice.
