600 gr. pork chopped into even cubes
5 tbsp oil
1 cabbage head cut chopped into small stripes
salt
2 tbsp red pepper
black pepper
3 cups water
In a large pan at high temperature mix the oil and pork and stir until the meat turns it’s color to light brown. Add salt to the cabbage and rub it with your hands. Add the cabbage into the pan (if your pan is not large enough for the whole cabbage, then add it gradually). Stir until the cabbage lowers its volume. Add the red pepper and some black pepper. Lower the temperature (e.g. 4 out of 9) and add the water. Put the lid on and boil the cabbage for 1 hour while stirring occasionally. Transfer the mixture into a oven tray. Preheat your oven to 200°C with ventilator. Put the tray into the oven for 30 minutes of until the top of it starts to turn a little black.
