2 strips of bacon
1 slice of bread (avocado goes well with sour bread, but you can use any)
1/2 avocado
pinch of salt
pinch of garlic powder
pinch of black pepper
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 poached egg
In a grill pan cook the bacon until crispy. In the same pan toast the bread with butter or some oil. Mash the avocado and add the salt, garlic powder, black pepper and lemon juice. Spread the avocado mixture over the toasted bread. Add the bacon strips on top and then the poached egg.
