Butter chicken

650 gr. diced chicken breast

salt and pepper

2 tsp of chili flakes

1/2 tsp of ground turmeric

6 tbsp of butter

1  diced yellow onion

3 tsp of garam masala

1 tsp of cumin

1 tsp of red pepper

1 tsp of ginger powder

1 tsp of garlic powder

400 gr. tomato sauce

240 ml heavy cream

cooked long-grain rice

Over medium heat with 2 tablespoons of butter, the turmeric, half the chilli flakes, salt and black pepper cook the chicken. Once the chicken is cooked take it out of the pan and add in the same pan the onion. When the onion is translucent add the rest of the chilli flakes, garam masala, cumin, red pepper, ginder and garlic power. Cook for 2-3 minutes and add the tomato sauce and heavy cream. Stir for 2-3 minutes, add the chicken, put the lid of the pan on and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Serve with some rice.
