Baked red lentils balls

300 gr. boiled red lentils

2 finely chopped carrots

1 finely chopped red pepper

parsley

dill

1 egg

juice from 1 lemon

cumin

spicy red pepper

savory

red pepper

black pepper

salt

3 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp fine bread crumbs

3 tbsp flour

garlic sause (optional)

The lentils, carrots, chopped red pepper, parsley and dill are mixed. When the mixture is at room temperature add the egg. Stir. Add the lemon juice and the cumin, spicy red pepper, savory, red pepper, black pepper and the salt. Stir. Add the olive oil, bread crumbs and flour and stir. If the mixture is not thick enough add another 1-2 tbsp of flour. Take some of the mixture and shape it like a burger patty. Bake at a preheated oven at 200°C for 25 minutes. You could serve it with garlic sauce.
